Monday, Feb 25 -- around Armidale

Since they've had so much rain, we decided to visit several falls within a 100 miles of Armidale. Bill and I had visited these when we were here in the spring but since it was rather dry then, there was only a trickle. Now water was pouring over the falls as you can see in the pictures.

Then as we were pulling in to Paul and Miriam's house, look what we got to see




A wallaroo, is halfway between a wallaby and a kangaroo in size. This one was quite husky.

That's it for today. Tomorrow we'll be flying to Melbourne. I'm anxious to visit that city.
