2012 Wrestling Championship

Dylan Alton wins over Sanjaa from American in double overtime.
A little controversy over a ref call but Dylan hung on for the win in the wrestlebacks.

Everyone who wrestles today is an All American. Congrats to all. Penn State has 6: Megaludis, Alton, Molinaro, Ruth Wright and Taylor.

St Patty's day 5k rrun
On our way to the wrestling we watched the runners in all their regalia. It was fun seeing what all they wore.

Penn State In The Lead
Penn State is running away with the NCAA wrestling with 120 team points. The next closest is Iowa and Minn with 87.5. Megaludis, Taylor, Ruth, and Wright wrestle for 1st place tomorrow and Alton will try for 3rd. Fun times tomorrow.

Made it to St Louis
We are camping in the St Louis RV Park, an old parking lot repurposed but it works for us. Waiting for Coach Powell and Janet to arrive.
It's still about 80 degrees. I'm in capris and a tank top. Love the weather.

This rest stop on the border of Ohio and Indiansa was built into the ground.
Stopped to take a short walk. On our way again. Saw this arch and got excited. Could we be there yet?

Traveling to St Louis for Wrestling Nationals
Left Tuesday to drive to Conneaut Lake to pick up Ryan's camper. Stayed with Lou and Denise. Left early Wednesday morning headed for St Louis. We're staying at a campground close to the event. Plan to arrive around 6 PM. Can't wait to see Coach Powell and Janet.
For those of you who know Lenny, my little chiweenie--no, we didn't bring him. He's vacationing with Kristen and crew.
